Identification of payment in the settlement of stock exchange fees according to the Fee Order of the BSSE
In order to identify incoming payment made by a transfer of funds, the BSSE requires the following identification:

Number of pro forma invoice/number of invoice
Legal entity:
For stock exchange fees paid based on an invoice: Number of pro forma invoice/number of invoice.
For other stock exchange fees – IČO code (if assigned), or other comparable identification data in the case of a foreign legal entity.
Constant symbol: 0308
For settlement of other fees, the BSSE will issue a tax document (receipt) within 15 days from the date of payment.
