From 3 January 2018 BSSE in accordance with MiFID II (Commission delegated regulation (EU) 2017/588 – RTS11) will apply the new tick size regime as a function of the instrument liquidity band and the price range in that liquidity band corresponding to the price of the order.Please find attached table of liquidity bands of equities traded on BSSE markets, for which average daily number of transactions was calculated by ESMA.

Every year, at the end of March at the latest (starting from 2019), ESMA publishes a new liquidity band assignment to equities which then will be implemented by Trading system BSSE accordingly as of begin of April.
