In accordance with Art. 13 (2) of MiFIR , the Bratislava Stock Exchange (Burza cenných papierov v Bratislave, a.s.) makes pre-trade and post-trade data available free of charge with a 15-minute delay (Delayed Data). A new file is generated every minute, containing data on activity from the preceding minute (delayed by 15 minutes relative to the time of original publication). The pre-trade and post-trade data files contain data for the relevant MIC code (market identifier) and are available for at least until and including the next business day. They can be downloaded in a machine-readable format (.csv). Timestamps in the file names, as well as timestamps within the messages inside the files, are given in UTC — i.e. one hour (winter time) or two hours (summer time) behind Central European Time (CET).

The Delayed Data cannot be disseminated in whole or in part, freely or against payment, without the prior written consent of the Bratislava Stock Exchange (Burza cenných papierov v Bratislave, a.s.).
