The BSSE´s Board of Directors on January 28, 2010 decided:

a) in accordance with Article 8, Sections 8.1 of the Rules of the Regulated Free Market ("Rules"), BSSE has suspended trading with 4 share issues and 1 bond issue of 5 issuers with effectiveness from January 29, 2009 due to the fact that these issuers did not fulfil the information obligation for the second half-year 2009 in accordance with § 36 Section 1 of the Stock Exchange Act No 429/2002 (Coll.) as amended, until the fulfilment of this obligation in additional 3-months period.

b) in accordance with Article 8 Subpar. 8.4 of the Rules about exclusion of securities from the Regulated Free Market of those issuers who will not fulfil stated obligation in additional three months period. This decision will come into effectiveness from date following the day, in which the additional period for fulfilment of half-year informational duty will expired.
