The Regulated Free Market of the Stock Exchange is open to securities that are issued in compliance with the generally binding legal regulations and meet the conditions stipulated by the Stock Exchange Act.
The issuer or a Stock Exchange member submits the Application for Admission accompanied by the Prospectus to the Stock Exchange. The Regulated Free Market of the Stock Exchange is not open to securities of an issuer that has entered liquidation proceedings, or if bankruptcy has been declared on its property or settlement has been permitted, or a bankruptcy petition has been rejected due to insufficient property.
In order for securities to be admitted to the Stock Exchange’s Regulated Free Market, the Stock Exchange only requires meeting the conditions stipulated by the law;
The Stock Exchange is empowered to admit a security to the Regulated Free Market without the Application of the issuer or a Stock Exchange member.
The Stock Exchange decides on acceptance or rejection, respectively, of the Application within a period of 60 days.
