The main listed market of the Stock Exchange is open to bonds that meet the conditions stipulated by the Stock Exchange Act provided that their primary sale is finished and they are issued in compliance with the generally binding regulations.

The issuer submits the Application for Admission accompanied by the Prospectus to the Stock Exchange which decides on its acceptance or rejection, respectively, within a period of 60 days.

 

 

Participation certificates on the Main Listed Market

The main listed market of the Stock Exchange is open to participation certificates that meet the conditions stipulated by the Stock Exchange Act and are issued in compliance with the generally binding regulations.
